Our AI-powered platform automates patient communication and workflow across the surgical journey, helping care teams manage pre-operative preparation, post-operative follow-up, patient-reported outcomes, and recovery monitoring at scale.

NovaNav is designed to reduce administrative burden on clinical teams, identify patients who may require additional attention, improve continuity of care, and support health systems navigating value-based care and evolving CMS requirements.

NovaNav is selectively expanding its Advisory Board and is seeking experienced healthcare executives who can provide strategic guidance as the company grows its presence across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgical centers.

We are particularly interested in senior leaders who understand how healthcare organizations evaluate, adopt, and scale new solutions and who can bring perspective across hospital operations, digital health, patient engagement, clinical workflows, or healthcare technology.

This is a strategic advisory position designed for experienced executives who want to help shape the growth of an emerging healthcare technology company.

• Advise on healthcare operations, patient engagement, digital transformation, and technology adoption.

• Share insight into how health systems evaluate new solutions, structure purchasing decisions, and implement technology across clinical environments.

• Provide feedback on NovaNav's product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market approach.
\n
• Advise leadership on partnerships, market expansion, and opportunities within the broader healthcare ecosystem.

• Help NovaNav better understand the priorities and challenges facing hospital executives, clinicians, and operational teams.

• Facilitate strategic relationships where appropriate and aligned with your professional network.

Experience building, scaling, advising, or working closely with early-stage healthcare companies is particularly valuable.

Advisory Board members may receive equity options based on their level of involvement and strategic contribution to NovaNav.

Investment Access: Advisory Board members receive priority access to NovaNav’s Seed Round , providing an early opportunity to invest in AI-powered solutions for compliance and recovery.

This is a part-time, strategic advisory position rather than a traditional operating role. Engagement will be structured around each advisor's experience, areas of expertise, and ability to contribute to NovaNav's growth.
