To support pharmacovigilance efforts, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Specialist will manage daily case processing of adverse event cases, perform follow-up activities, and create case narratives while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Process adverse event cases, including coding and determining seriousness and expectedness Conduct case follow-up activities and provide necessary client notifications for case management Develop training materials and assist in training delivery while maintaining knowledge of global safety regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in life sciences is required; advanced degree or equivalent preferred Two years of related work experience in pharmacovigilance or a similar field Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance practices Experience in creating and reviewing case narratives Ability to conduct peer reviews for quality and accuracy of cases
