As the RN Hospice Clinical Director , you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our Hospice Division. This position offers a rare opportunity to lead with purpose , influence strategy, and make a meaningful impact on patients, families, and caregivers every single day.

Requirements

• Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division
• Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
• Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
• Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success
• Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision

You are a seasoned hospice leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing organization and is motivated by impact—not just outcomes.

You are:

• Strategic, organized, and financially and operationally astute
• Comfortable navigating complexity and change while maintaining perspective
• A builder —someone who initiates, innovates, and elevates teams and systems
• Diplomatic, persuasive, and skilled at leading professional teams
• Mature, grounded, and able to balance urgency with empathy

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization
