Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and leadership to our patients and staff on weekends. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and oversee the provision of care by other nurses and caregivers on weekends
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Supervise and guide the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and high-quality care
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and communicate effectively with families and physicians
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards patients, families, and coworkers

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Florida
