Job Title: Cytotechnologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Cytotechnology Duration: 13 months Shift: Days Hours per Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM start time, 40 hrs/week, no call, no weekends Experience: Minimum of 12 months in Cytotechnology License: Driver's License required Certifications: ASCP (CT) or equivalent Cytotech certificate required Must-Have: - Graduate of a Cytotechnology program required - Must be able to process 50-60 slides per day (maximum 300 slides per week) - Experience with EPIC EMR highly preferred - Experience with Sunquest highly preferred - Experience with BD Focal Point required - Experience with BD SurePath required - Skills Checklist specific to Cytotechnology required - Professional reference from within 24 months preferred Description: We are seeking a qualified Cytotechnologist to join our laboratory team. Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 months of experience in Cytotechnology. A valid ASCP (CT) or equivalent certificate is required. The candidate should have experience with EPIC EMR and Sunquest systems. Experience with BD Focal Point and BD SurePath is required. The role requires processing a workload of 50-60 slides per day, not exceeding 300 per week. A Driver's License is required for this position. Candidates should provide a reference from a charge, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months.
