About this role:
VRC is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Business Development Associate to support the growth of its Portfolio Valuation practice. Partnering with senior business development and valuation professionals, this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, supporting marketing and networking initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a collaborative professional who embodies VRC's culture and values while delivering exceptional service to clients and prospects.What you will do:

It could be higher or lower depending on various factors, including the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the specific service line and location for the position. In addition to base pay, a meaningful portion of total compensation is paid as quarterly profit-sharing compensation, which has historically ranged from 20- 30% of base pay.
